Taking off
Africa is blasting its way into the space race
Disruptions to the space industry offer a rare opportunity to new entrants
（アフリカが宇宙開発競争に参入中）
宇宙開発といえばもっぱら大国（米中露や日本）が
行うものと思っていたんですが
実はそうではありませんでした。
アフリカでも少なくとも20カ国が宇宙計画を
立てているそうです。
特に近年は人工衛星がみるみる小型化し
民間ロケット企業が割安に打ち上げてくれるので
どんどん加速しているとか。
南アフリカでは数千人分のエンジニア職が
創出されて、若者が大いに刺激を受けているそうです。
